Individual coaching offers a calm and supportive space to explore your relationship with food, your body, and your thoughts. Together, we look at patterns around eating, emotions, and stress with curiosity rather than judgment. The aim is to create more awareness, ease, and trust in yourself and your choices.
You can start with a free introductory session, where we take time to understand your needs and see whether coaching feels like the right fit for you. If you decide to continue, coaching is offered at €100 per 1-hour session.

Group workshops offer a structured space for learning, reflection, and exploration of your relationship with food in a broader way than individual coaching. Instead of focusing on personal patterns in depth, workshops introduce themes, insights, and practical tools that help you understand common experiences around eating, emotions, stress, and body awareness.
Through guided exercises and reflection, you are invited to step back, notice patterns from a new perspective, and gain knowledge you can apply in your daily life. Workshops are more educational and theme-based, and can be adapted in length and focus depending on the topic.
Pricing depends on the content and duration of the workshop.
